The President says today anybody could be tested who wants to be tested. The vice president who he put in charge says, actually, we don't have the tests. We're trying to get them out. They're not there yet.

The job of Meadows isn't to come in and make policy. It's to run the White House and make sure the administration is functioning in a way that carries out the president's agenda.
