I think it's important to point out, this looks like an orderly transition. Obviously, Mulvaney wanted this appointment to be the envoy for Northern Ireland. Meadows has been in the mix for some time. I think this is sort of expected, orderly and now the president is putting his team around him that he wants to have for the stretch drive for the re-election campaign.
