If you lie about your financial status in order to get a lease from the federal government, if you lie about the income that you say you’re getting from property like this when in fact you’re dumping tens of millions of dollars into the property, not getting any of it out, if you lie about those things on an ethics disclosure as a public official, presumably there could potentially are problems for the president here.
