PROMESA does not need to be amended, it needs to be repealed.

the government needs to be more out of the way rather than trying to force its own view on how jobs should be created

Full democracy has not been achieved in Puerto Rico. Puerto Ricans who live in the island cannot vote for the President, nor can we elect senators or voting members in the House of Representatives.
