This bill must establish in the minds of every member of the Congress and the President that the will of the citizens in Puerto Rico must be respected and implemented.
The government needs to be more out of the way rather than trying to force its own view on how jobs should be created.
We agree, that burden should not be passed on to the next generation along with a lot of other burdens.
Full democracy has not been achieved in Puerto Rico. Puerto Ricans who live in the island cannot vote for the President, nor can we elect senators or voting members in the House of Representatives.
