Today, I want to reestablish this Department's commitment to safeguarding every American's First Amendment rights, particularly the right to free speech and the right to free religious exercise. USDA is committed to protecting both.

I expect each and every USDA employee to uphold their fellow Americans' First Amendment freedoms.

There is no way we got the farmers' best interest at heart if we are going to remove the CCC helping hand.

Public policy matters. Leadership matters. And that's why this election is so cotton-picking important for the state of Florida. I hope you all don't mess it up.
