Well, increasingly this is not a war fought between two militaries. It’s a war that the Russians are targeting Ukraine’s urban and civilian population. And seems to me their goals are to break the spirit of Ukraine and probably even more, to depopulate it, to move millions of people out of the eastern areas, the parts of Ukraine that come closest to Russia. And that’s essentially it.
