PROTECTING INFANTS AND CHILDREN FROM KNOWN OR SUSPECTED CARCINOGENS. (a) In General.--This Act, and the amendments made by this Act, shall not apply to a discharge of a pesticide-- (1) if the pesticide-- (A) is a known or suspected carcinogen for infants or children; or (B) is known or suspected to harm the neurological or physiological development of infants or children; or (2) if the discharge is located in a geographic area that contains a cancer cluster. (b) Cancer Cluster Defined.--In this section, the term ``cancer cluster'' means a defined geographic area where there is the occurrence of a greater than expected number of cancer cases among infants or children over a specific time period.
