Larry Craig is a former U.S. Senator from Idaho, serving from 1991 to 2009 as a member of the Republican Party. Craig was a prominent advocate for the construction of highways and infrastructure improvements in Idaho. He also served on various Senate committees, including the Appropriations Committee and the Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
