I say this publicly, loudly, as often as I can, had we been as dedicated to the commercial side of nuclear electrical generation as we were to nuclear propulsion and the refinement of reactor and fuel cycle, we would without question be leading the world today in highly efficient reactors of a kind that we are attempting to imagine.
