It is an important next step. We don't know what the appellate court will say to us or to me. But, you know, I could honestly say appeals courts tend to defend the courts below them. At the same time, my attorneys think we do have some solid arguments that must be made. And we're going to make them. It is my right to do what I'm doing. I have already provided for Idaho certainty that I think Idaho needed. I'm not running for reelection. That's already started the next political cycle in Idaho. So, I'm no longer in the way. I'm no longer blocking the political process of Idaho. But I am pursuing my constitutional rights.
