The President's vision reflected in these requests is about empowering veterans to help lead the rebuilding of the middle class.

Your support of it is critical to providing veterans the care and benefits they have earned through their service and sacrifice.

We have hired--we have over 100,000 veterans as part of our workforce, fully 30 percent, and our goal is 40 percent.

I would just say, and here again, it is consistent with what the President has done elsewhere, and that is the desire to protect the vulnerable populations.
