I assure them that at VA our experience is when we diagnose and treat whatever the issue is, but even PTS or PTSD, that people improve and that they should not let that be a barrier to them making a hiring decision.

We have hired--we have over 100,000 veterans as part of our workforce, fully 30 percent, and our goal is 40 percent.
