Many of these regulations can slow down a project and stifle that economic progress, can create uncertainty for businesses, the project itself, increase the time it takes to construct the project, increase the cost of that project.

About a quarter of our Nation's bridges are deemed structurally deficient.

We want all funding and financing options to be available, because that is going to be the biggest challenge facing this infrastructure proposal.
