I think that when you work together, you can come up with strong legislation that can truly make a difference. I also would like to thank the staff who worked on this legislation as well. I think that when we look at electronic records, when we look at information that needs to be preserved, I really feel that this legislation gets us to where we need to go. I think now, more than ever, we have to make certain that this information is held at least for a certain period of time so people can make an assessment to see in terms of where we might have made mistakes, they can now correct them. So I want to salute you for the work you have done, Chairman Clay, and of course Ranking Member Bilbray, and of course all the staff members who worked so hard to bring us to where we are today.
