This agency also needs more information technology capabilities. They are obsolete. The past chairman and the present chairman will admit that is a reality. We need to make changes in that respect. We need to make sure that they upgrade. That is particularly important for small business. If small business is going to take advantage of the opportunities or resources of the Export-Import Bank, they are the ones that really need to have good information technology in place in this agency. We push the Bank directly ahead in that area through the authorization legislation we have offered.
