In this case, I think Europe needs the 27, plus, I would argue the U.K. even though it`s left the E.U. to agree to share out the refugee responsibility.
My message is of course to read the IRC's publications because they provide such an evidence-based and innovative and cost-effective way of serving the most vulnerable and poverty-stricken parts of the world.
The western world has said that liberal democracy is on the line. And one of the aspects of liberal democracy is to treat those in need properly.
I think it's really welcome that they put the UK in a leadership position as to the priority it gives to fragile and conflict-affected fragile states.
