My message is of course to read the IRC's publications because they provide such an evidence-based and innovative and cost-effective way of serving the most vulnerable and poverty-stricken parts of the world.

I would also like to see this as an opportunity to extend the refugee resettlement program to Ukrainians, so that they are given a chance to rebuild their lives here.

We think that this drive for reintegration and reconciliation is going to be an important part of the future.
