So the question is whether or not... you would recommend that there be some statutory response to that.

I think we should look at our choices. We can come down to where we allocate resources and how we make choices between the issue of tax cuts for the top 1 percent of income earners versus investing in a No Child Left Behind bill.

I think that this one that is very much on our mind now as we look at--as I said earlier, we are going to review the rules.

I hope that we will get in the next administration regulators who understand what their duty and obligation is.
