Is that what you would consider a major weakness, that it has not been run like a business?

It is not going to be easy, and the committee will certainly give you all the support and help that we can.

Could you find that and get that to the committee?

It seems to me that when we do not plan ahead, do not have adequate precautions, we are going to pay the bill.
