I might compliment you on one thing. I know in our State--and I think it is probably pretty much like this in other Western States, too--that Federal and State Foresters really work well together.
I think you are doing a pretty darn good job considering the problems with 9-11 and the mail.
It seems to me the past administration was hell-bent on usurping State water rights in all of our rivers that come through our Western States.
From a legislative standpoint, there is the low of possibility and the law of probability.
