Had we done what we needed to do in March, in April, in May and June, we wouldn't be talking about can we open schools? This was a natural disaster. It became a man-made catastrophe.

We don't need just longer years. We need longer days. We need longer weeks.

The Federal government has to step up now and do that.

This is a huge issue that is, unfortunately, almost crushing too many American families.
