This morning we will discuss the status of, and the need to update, our nation’s nuclear waste management policy.

It is imperative that each potential host state has confidence that nuclear waste will be safely managed.

A successful policy must be built for the long term and durable, with strong bipartisan buy-in from Congress.

It was wonderful to see her and her family and celebrate this amazing book. Winnie has come a long way, and I am excited to see all that she will continue to accomplish.
