Mr. Chairman, I thank all three gentlemen for their great comments in support of coal gasification and clean coal technologies. I am enthusiastic about this. I agree with the chairman when he says it is a win-win-win. I believe it is not only a win for this country, but it is a win for my State of West Virginia. I look forward to its passage.
