Thank you. Very precise. I appreciate that. I still have skepticism even about 10 million, which in everyday dollars is still quite a bit of money. And, as I said, we need to look at what we are doing on the bottom line here. So, while I am very sympathetic and I think that the amendment has some merit, I would stand in opposition to the amendment. I yield back the balance of my time.
