I am concerned that this budget attempts to go around the FRA, the Fiscal Responsibility Act.
The Department of Labor should be focused on workforce training and creating new jobs, not mandating new burdens.
I personally am not one of them.
West Virginians know West Virginia best. They can formulate what's going to work.
