West Virginia’s most vulnerable citizens deserve a Department of Human Services that is effective, accountable, and focused on results.

We need to be good and fight for our kids, but we have to be fiscally responsible, as well.

It’s very difficult and so heartbreaking to see what happens in some of these individual circumstances, and it’s awful, and we should try to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

This is going to be very special, and we think it’s really important for families to come and to take part in this.
