I thank the gentlelady for yielding, and I certainly do support her amendment. I commend her for her leadership on our Committee on Natural Resources in helping to develop this legislation. It is a commonsense amendment that deserves the support of every Member of this body, and it certainly makes the bill better. I appreciate her effort.
