I yield 30 seconds to the gentleman from Oregon (Mr. DeFazio). Mr. DeFAZIO. I still agree with that quote. We shouldn't play politics. It has never been a partisan issue. You've made it into a partisan issue, and that quote was when you were opposing a 90-day extension and when I was saying don't play politics by opposing a 90- day extension at that point in time.
