I am happy to yield 2 minutes to the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Hahn), a very valued member of our Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
But in these downturns in the past, we have always felt the Government is trying to help us get out of these downturns in the coal industry. That is not the feeling now.
I would urge my colleagues to ensure that labor remains engaged in the conversation, and that aviation programs receive robust, stable funding and to keep air traffic control in the realm of good Government, where it belongs.
