We need a partnership, a co-partnership here, if you will, with GSA and OMB to work through this issue.

This committee is where the future of this country is at, in my opinion.

I would urge my colleagues to ensure that labor remains engaged in the conversation, and that aviation programs receive robust, stable funding and to keep air traffic control in the realm of good Government, where it belongs.

I am happy to yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Enyart), who is on the Agriculture Committee and an original sponsor of the legislation. He has been of tremendous help in moving this forward.
