I have never heard President Biden say that, and I can't imagine that anybody would urge folks, desperate folks, to send their children at great, great personal risk to the United States unaccompanied.
And that wasn't helped by now Vice President Kamala Harris when she stated that she wouldn't get a vaccination developed under President Trump.
I thought our whole mission here was to try to find ways of reducing CO2 emissions so that we could teach China, India, Indonesia, and others how to clean up their environments.
Yet these attacks on our critical infrastructure certainly, I think, could be mitigated with updated reforms to our international treaty, including some stiff, enforceable penalties.
