I thought our whole mission here was to try to find ways of reducing CO2 emissions so that we could teach China, India, Indonesia, and others how to clean up their environments.
I commend Chairman Doyle and Representative Matsui for their leadership on this issue through the Spectrum Innovation Act.
But it appears to me the policies that have been put forth in the last ten months are doing diametrically opposite.
