I really want to applaud the Department of Energy's efforts to refocus the narrative and the discussion about reliability and resiliency.

How are they supposed to address it when they know--the mayors talk--they know they are selling drugs in the Post Office parking lot.

I believe that is the case because it is the one area that the Federal Government couldn't figure out how to regulate.

We can't throw water on the campfire of American innovation and ingenuity.
