I will never vote for a mandate, because that is just going to make more resistance to the vaccine, and more distrust of the Federal Government.
But now it is five years later, and this committee, I think, apparently now, we are looking to see how it has been implemented.
We did this back in the '60s when President Kennedy said he wanted to put a man on the moon, and within 10 years, we did it.
