I commend Chairman Doyle and Representative Matsui for their leadership on this issue through the Spectrum Innovation Act.
But now it is five years later, and this committee, I think, apparently now, we are looking to see how it has been implemented.
I will never vote for a mandate, because that is just going to make more resistance to the vaccine, and more distrust of the Federal Government.
With all due respect, Chairman Rush--and we have been friends for years--this hearing seems to be taking on an air of distraction from what Americans are really dealing with across this country.
