With all due respect, Chairman Rush--and we have been friends for years--this hearing seems to be taking on an air of distraction from what Americans are really dealing with across this country.

So I want to make sure I understand this. Let me get this straight. The Biden administration's policy to combat this overdose epidemic is to shorten sentences for fentanyl traffickers? Seriously? This is your answer?

I will never vote for a mandate, because that is just going to make more resistance to the vaccine, and more distrust of the Federal Government.
