I think what you are doing by your memo is you are only going to make it worse.

Come on, man. We can do better than this. Our communities in States like West Virginia and New Hampshire and Delaware are expecting something far better than that kind of response.

But now it is five years later, and this committee, I think, apparently now, we are looking to see how it has been implemented.
