Unfortunately, there are over 1,100 designated Superfund sites around the country.
These bills create open-ended programs that prevent future collection efforts for 5 years.

Thirty percent is not acceptable. Imagine if we lost 30 percent of our oil and gas in the pipelines, if we leaked that.
