I want to respectfully disagree with the budget that has been presented by the Republican side, but also lay out an alternative, to lay out my budget, and I want to say this is my budget, not endorsed necessarily by anyone. I think some important points need to be made. In developing a budget, and particularly a balanced budget, and everyone agrees on the need for balance in the budget.
