Mr. Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following: Sec. _. None of the funds made available by this Act under chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2346 et seq.) (relating to the economic support fund) may be obligated or expended for assistance for Mexico. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 723, the gentleman from West Virginia (Mr. Mooney) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from West Virginia.
