finally I want to compliment the gentleman from Indiana (Mr. Roemer) and the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Camp) because they have been leaders in the wilderness on this issue. It is not easy to get before this Congress when there are vast resources put into promoting this program. But it takes people I think to have the determination, like the gentleman from Indiana and the gentleman from Michigan, to continue this fight. And we may not win tonight, but sooner or later the American people are going to see that this is money that is being shipped into outer space.
