“Mr. President, I thank the Senator from Oklahoma for his courtesy, and I am delighted to rise today to mark the passage of the Fiscal Year 2015 National Defense Authorization Act. This bill is a product of bipartisan negotiations between the House and Senate Armed Services Committees, and I thank Chairman Levin and Ranking Member Inhofe, Chairman McKeon and Ranking Member Adam Smith in the House for their hard work.
