I am deeply concerned by Mr. Vena’s words and recent actions as his company attempts to see this merger process rubber stamped and approved with haste.
By no stretch could either of the victims in Texas and Maine be characterized as ‘the worst of the worst,’ making these tragic deaths even more egregious. The American people deserve clarity and accountability.
Unfortunately, burdensome regulations intended for much larger companies are hurting our small broadband providers and limiting their ability to reach more people.
If the election mail delays that we saw this spring are not addressed, they are likely to disenfranchise an even greater number of voters during the fall elections
