While the opioid epidemic continues to ravage the country and my home State of Wisconsin, I have to say that I am proud that Wisconsin is leading in a number of respects, including an aggressive and innovative advancement like our state-of-the-art Wisconsin Enhanced Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.
