My Republican colleagues, who wrote and voted for this very law, need to stand up for the families and stop this President from illegally taking their money.

On top of all of this, the Trump administration and Congressional Republicans undermining bipartisan budget agreements like this will only lead to more wasteful government shutdowns, when one side breaks the deal months later.

This proposed rule is unnecessarily broad and vague, would undermine the stability of educational programs, and does nothing to improve educational outcomes for students.

Schools and other grant recipients need a meaningful degree of certainty to properly plan their budgets and provide services to students.
