Through the Chair, I would like to ask the Senator from Connecticut a question, actually about a number of things--about the need for us to stand united as a country in the fight against hatred and terrorism and easy access to what are really weapons of war. It is about 6 hours ago that I came to the floor to participate in this very important discussion.
