I worked to secure funding for the industrial base and workforce development programs that would support growing the skilled workforce.

I take issue with your answer and I want to--you seem to minimize the Navy's shared responsibility for challenges facing that program.

Wisconsin's Industrial Base is something, of course, that is always on my mind.
