As we talk today about the importance of repealing the Sustainable Growth Rate, we also have to focus on replacing the Medicare Fee-For-Service Payment System with a model that has some better incentives aligned rewarding quality, controlling costs, and I would like to sort of add the new layer of incenting us to involve patients as partners in their healthcare.
