that took up only 30, one-third of the 95 pages that this school has to fill out. The next thing they have to do is fill out five pages, which point out the private school targeting forms included within those local LEA funds, at which point they then have to explain exactly through three more pages what the needs assessment, the identification data will be that is used. Then they have to articulate exactly which students in which grades in which subject matters are going to be used. It took this school 16 pages to do that. Then it had to give a needs assessment summary which took five particular pages to explain exactly what the recommendations of their needs assessment study were and why, at which point they had to provide supporting data. That is 14 pages of supporting data explaining their needs assessment in this school. And then they had to get into the evaluation program which took 15 more pages of data on evaluation at which point they had to get into four pages on program improvement. I do not intend to make a mockery of this at all.…
